UL94 Flammability Tester, used to determine the flammability of plastic materials for parts in devices and appliances. The apparatus is supplied as a complete system incorporating all the features necessary for ease of use safety. It conforms to all five UL 94 horizontal and vertical burner tests and associated ASTM international standards. Further it also conforms to ASTM D635 as well the Indian Test Standard IS 6746 as well.

Application

Sleeping Bag Flammability Tester, to determine the flammability resistance of sleeping bag. Both manual testing method and automatic testing method can be performed. Flame height can be adjusted through gas valve provided.

Ten specimens are cut from individual sleeping bags or a physically accurate facsimile. A standard-ized flame is applied to the folded edge for a specified time under controlled conditions and the burn rate is calculated to determine if the specimens meet specification requirements.

Vertical Flammability Tester


Application 

Vertical Flammability Tester, to determine the flammability resistance of vertical oriented fabrics, and 45°inclined fabrics material for toys, other material to making toys and soft-filling toy.

The gas is controlled by a solenoid valve, ignition time is digitally set and test result is displayed on large LCD. The improved marker threads mounting devices ensure easy and fast installation, with accurate burner and micro switch operated trip threads. 3 optical scanning devices are used to detect the severance of threads to offer accurate and reliable timing.

Including PLC controller, LCD operation panel, different accessories and burners and configurations are required for different test standard, please specify standard required.
